Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Take the wheel of powerful front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant—keeping our concrete flowing and our operations moving.</li><li>Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors so our team always has the materials they need.</li><li>Work side-by-side with your crew and production team to keep things running on schedule.</li><li>Check your equipment before and after each shift, and let the team know if something needs fixing—your safety and theirs comes first.</li><li>Follow all safety rules, wear your gear, and help keep the plant a safe place for everyone.</li><li>Pitch in to keep your work area clean and organized—because a tidy site is a safer site.</li><li>Help count inventory and make sure we never run low on the materials that keep us going.</li><li>Share your ideas with plant leaders and help us get better every day.</li><li>Be ready to lend a hand wherever you’re needed—whether it’s helping a teammate or jumping in on a tough job.</li></ul></div>

What Sets You Apart:
<div><ul><li>Experience running loaders or other big machines is great, but if you’re willing to learn and work hard, we’ll train you.</li><li>Valid Driver’s License.</li><li>You care about safety—yours and your team’s—and you’re not afraid to speak up if something’s not right.</li><li>You know how to check your equipment and handle basic fixes.</li><li>You’re a team player who communicates well and shows up ready to work.</li><li>You’re physically able to handle a job that keeps you moving in all kinds of weather.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent is helpful, but not required.</li><li>Willingness to complete our pre-employment screenings.</li><li>You live by our 5 Principles of Service: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter.</li></ul></div>

This role is responsible for loading and unloading merchandise safely and efficiently, ensuring products are handled with care and prepared for shipment.
