This is an opportunity to join a high-velocity team committed to expanding its geographical footprint and redefining operational excellence in a critical sector of infrastructure and construction.Position SummaryThe Loader Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a front-end loader to move raw materials such as sand, gravel, and aggregates used in concrete production. This position supports daily plant operations by ensuring materials are properly stocked, blended, and available for production needs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently to load, move, and stockpile materials</li><li>Supply aggregate materials to batching plants as needed</li><li>Perform routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues promptly</li><li>Maintain proper material stockpiles and ensure clean, organized yard conditions</li><li>Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements</li><li>Assist with basic maintenance and cleanup around the plant site</li><li>Communicate with plant operators and supervisors regarding material needs and site conditions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>This individual must be able to successfully communicate and coordinate with other team members at all times to maximize production</li><li>Prior experience operating a front-end loader or heavy equipment preferred</li><li>Ability to safely operate machinery in a production or industrial environment</li><li>Basic mechanical understanding of heavy equipment</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team</li><li>Must be able to work extended hours as needed</li><li>Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL a plus, if applicable)Employee required to talk, hear, stand, walk, push, pull, sit, use hands, handle, feel, reach with hands or arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and work outdoors.</li></ul>Work Environment & Requirements<ul><li>Steel Toe Boots required</li><li>Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical labor</li><li>Ability to sit and operate heavy equipment for extended periods</li><li>Frequent climbing in and out of equipment</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Company year-end bonus</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul>Equal Opportunity Employer StatementTitan Ready Mix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
