Overview:

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner </li><li>Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift </li><li>Palletize products for loading </li><li>Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc. </li><li>Take care of our products through proper handling and storage </li><li>Ensure inventory is properly maintained </li><li>Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld </li><li>Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions </li><li>Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling </li><li>Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time) </li></ul>

Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Safely and efficiently operating small/midsize/large heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, skip loaders, forklifts, mechanized trenchers, etc., for various construction projects involving demolition, earthwork, and underground utilities. </li><li>Performing pre- and post-operation inspections of heavy equipment in accordance with standard safety and company policy measures. </li><li>Monitoring and maintaining equipment, as needed throughout operation, to ensure proper performance and safety and to avoid down time. </li><li>Working closely with and under the direction of a crew lead/foreman/superintendent. </li><li>Performing general labor tasks, as needed, to support projects when operating heavy equipment is halted. </li><li>Ensuring that all field procedures and safety protocols are followed in compliance with company- and client-specific requirements. </li><li>Reporting to job sites as directed. Travel and work at remote locations requiring out-of-town stays for periods of a few days to several weeks at a time may be required. </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of verifiable heavy equipment operating experience.
