Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, internal teams, and third-party providers, resolving inquiries and collecting critical documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will make a direct impact.<br/><br/></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul><li>Process and prepare mortgage loan files from initial application to final approval.</li><li>Ensure compliance with bank, investor, and regulatory guidelines while delivering top-tier customer service.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, internal teams, and third-party providers, resolving inquiries and collecting critical documentation.</li><li>Manage a high-volume pipeline (35+ active loans) with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Leverage your advanced knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, and USDA programs.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> College degree preferred.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2-5 years as a Mortgage Processor or Loan Officer Assistant.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong grasp of credit policies, underwriting, and closing procedures; Encompass LOS experience is a plus.</li><li><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Familiarity with Fair Housing Regulations preferred.</li><li><strong>Strengths:</strong> Exceptional multitasking, organization, and deadline management skills.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>No remote opportunities for this role.
