Prior Reverse Mortgage Experience is required. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Effectively manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files</li><li>Evaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness</li><li>Accurately review and input pertinent loan data into operational systems</li><li>Order supplementary vendor products, such as title reports and property appraisals</li><li>Obtain required underwriting conditions from loan officer and/or loan applicant(s)</li><li>Utilize FHA Connection to update loan data as needed</li><li>Communicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and management</li><li>Work closely with all operational departments to establish productive and efficient workflows</li><li>Complete required checklists and worksheets</li></ul>Experience and Education:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan processing required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required</li><li>Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office products</li><li>Strong customer service and time management skills a must</li><li>Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry</li></ul> The hourly rate for this position is $24-30 per hour. Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Ongoing Sales Support: Provide ongoing sales support to Lenders which includes identifying sales and cross sell opportunities, coordinating materials for presentations, setting up sales calls as needed, maintaining prospect lists and making joint calls as required.</li><li>Documentation Support and Accuracy: Originates, processes and ensures accuracy of loan documentation for closings. This includes entering financial information into the loan system and ensuring that all necessary documentation is included in the loan package prior to closing.</li><li>Ongoing Credit Servicing Support and Accuracy: Resolving documentation exception issues, maintaining service levels, updating financial statements and preparing files for all portfolio reviews.  Run reports to track maturing lines/loans and service levels.</li><li>Monitoring of Past Due Credits: Communicate, report and follow up on portfolio past dues to ensure they remain current, while maintaining customer contact. </li><li>Ongoing Customer Service/Office Support: Coordinates opening of deposit and other banking services with branch partners. Handles customer requests for information and problem resolution.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, customer service or operations or commercial lending </li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li style="list-style-type:none"><ul><li style="list-style-type:none"><ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Experience in commercial loan documentation, commercial lending support, construction loans  </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other office support systems and programs.</li><li>Experience in paralegal support.</li><li>Prior work experience: experience within a business/commercial/corporate banking environment is strongly preferred.</li><li>Bilingual Spanish/English</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>                    The base pay for this position is generally between $26.11 to $36.00 per hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
