Working within a team of 8-10 servicing professionals, the Loan Administration Associate helps ensure NewPoint Real Estate Capital complies with investor guidelines, servicing agreements, loan documents, and service-level agreements. This role ensures monthly payments, postings, and pre-payment-date research are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with Investor Reporting, Asset Management, servicing requirements, and internal controls.
