30% Order processing items necessary to complete the underwriting and closing processes while reviewing and ensuring accuracy of information to include ordering process items such as: credit reports, appraisals, flood certificates, title commitments, UCC searches/filings, final closing documents, construction draws, property inspections and other items as needed from time to time. 20% Responsible for collateral management which may include monitoring collateral for new loans to ensure that the credit union's liens have been perfected, scanned, filed, and recorded receipt of collateral documentation, process releases of collateral for paid loans and troubleshoot collateral issues with internal and external members.
