Job Title: International Logistics Analyst Location: Ewing, New Jersey Type: Contract Compensation: $24/hour Contractor Work Model: Remote – offsite Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm Role Summary We are seeking a temporary International Logistics Analyst to support order management and export operations for Global Markets Group (GMG) distributors and subsidiaries worldwide. This role provides essential administrative and operational support during key growth initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities • Enter and manage customer orders in SAP • Generate reports using SAP, Excel, and Power BI; provide basic data analysis • Prepare and distribute export documentation via Outlook • Support global order management and export operations • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity • Assist with administrative tasks and team support during ongoing projects • Collaborate with internal teams and follow established processes Required Qualifications • High School Diploma • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP) and Power BI preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision • Strong written communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in international logistics, order management, or exports • Familiarity with global business operations and multi-region support System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America. How you create impact The Global Pricing Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive pricing solutions for customers by partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role oversees the execution of the global pricing process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all activities. The Analyst will evaluate data from multiple sources, develop pricing models, and support senior decision-makers by offering insights that balance competitiveness, margins, and overall commercial strategy. <ul><li>Ensure full execution and adherence to the Global Pricing Process. </li><li>Analyze assigned RFQs and identify any special requirements. </li><li>Launch directly controlled RFQs and manage end-to-end completion. </li><li>Maintain full accountability for the completion and accuracy of assigned RFQs. </li><li>Perform data-quality checks prior to final submission. </li><li>Provide timely, accurate responses to global RFQs. </li><li>Maintain bunker formulas and rate adjustments (index management). </li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of all relevant statistics. </li><li>Maintain and update TQT/SeaTender database elements. </li></ul>What we would like you to bring<ul><li>5+ years of experience in seafreight pricing. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Shipping, or Logistics preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. </li><li>Strong analytical skills, including the ability to examine data from multiple sources and develop accurate pricing models. </li><li>Solid organizational capability with strength in prioritizing, planning, and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and serve as a trusted team member. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical operational execution. </li><li>Confidence in making complex decisions, taking ownership, and managing risk responsibly. </li><li>Strong business acumen, including influencing, negotiating, and problem-solving to support revenue growth and maintain profitability. </li><li>High mathematical aptitude to support pricing calculations and provide sound financial insights to decision-makers. </li><li>Ability to manage time effectively, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines with resilience and high energy. </li></ul> This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
