The Director of Engineering provide a high level of property maintenance, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention toward safety, security and asset protection and is responsible to plan, organize, direct and control the work of the Engineering Team Members in the Engineering Division, Contractor and Vendors. CEOE - Certified Engineering Operations Executive from the Hotel and motel Hospitality Association, Building Owners Management Institution (BOMI) designation, Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facility Management Administrator (FMA) or Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA).
