The Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for the daily leadership, operational performance, and financial success of assigned beverage operations, including casino bars, lounges, service bars, entertainment venues, VIP lounges, specialty beverage outlets, and special event beverage programs. While primarily responsible for beverage operations, this position may be assigned to support all areas of Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, food courts, marketplaces, cafés, banquet operations, catering functions, special events, entertainment venues, and casino-wide initiatives as business needs dictate.
