As an LPN Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best care possible that they deserve by administering medications, communicating with doctors/medical providers, assisting families with an understanding of their loved one's care, assist our Resident Wellness Associates with daily care, and overseeing the general operations of the shift. This role is an active nursing role that involves working as a floor supervisor, passing medication, assessing wounds/providing wound care, assessing needs of residents, assisting in training of new team members, etc.
