The Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse is a highly skilled pediatric nurse who provides expert, flexible nursing care across highly specialized pediatric environments: Pediatric ICU, Neonatal ICU, Pediatric Emergency Department, and other pediatric clinical areas throughout the hospital, such as Pediatric medical/surgical units, Adolescent medical/surgical unit, Pediatric HemOnc, and Pediatric procedural areas (Pre/Post). The Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN brings advanced pediatric assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical skills to a variety of patient populations and clinical environments while maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, teamwork, and family-centered care.
