Qualifications: Authorized to work in the U.S. 15+ (minimum 10) years' experience in a highly technical research and development, engineering and/or manufacturing environments or equivalent Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable Engineering related field or equivalent, Electrical and/or Computer Engineering preferred Demonstrated expertise in technical development and/or analysis of engineering application(s) (electrical, mechanical, hardware, firmware, software, etc.) At least 5 years' exposure to managing technical projects; including but not limited to schedules, budgets and other resources Demonstrated skill at galvanizing a multi-disciplinary team in working towards a common goal Experience interacting with Customers and building relationships centered around technical understanding and mission objectives Experience and competent in working with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project) Experience with technology development process working closely with multiple disciplines such as electronics, mechanical, software design engineers and management.
