li>Paid Time Off (PTO) - The number of hours accrued each month varies based on the employee's band*, their years of service within the Kering Group and Gucci, and their schedule classification (i.e. Full-Time, Part-Time, etc.), subject to occasional exceptions determined in the discretion of Company management. Temporary, seasonal, and fixed-term employees, including interns who are employed directly by the Company will begin accruing paid sick/safe leave upon their hire date, at a rate of 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual cap of 72 hours.
