Own and manage the CommTech ecosystem end‑to‑end, including solution selection, implementation oversight, governance, lifecycle management, optimization, and long‑term sustainability, in partnership with Communications, IT, Data Security and external vendors. Combining technical fluency with analytical rigor, the role ensures communications tools, workflows, and insights are delivered through the right platforms and partners to drive speed, quality, consistency, and actionable insight across the enterprise.
