Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and administrative duties including but not limited to: Hiring process, training, sales tracking, labor tracking, payroll, petty cash, deposits, and pay-outs. At times, business needs and operational needs, may dictate times where you will need to work: a day off, holidays, another manager's schedule, fill in at another location, fill in an employee's position, or support a new manager during their shift.
