This role, sitting at the intersection of clinical trial operations and technical engineering, will be responsible for supporting the technical design of robust resourcing and costing methodologies, work with functional teams to develop and review costing algorithms, and ensure seamless integration of our tools with internal systems across clinical trial functions (CTMS, EDC etc.), Resource Management, Finance (SAP etc.), HR (Workday etc), and IT in support of accurate study level internal & external cost estimation as well as forecast of resource requirements. The ideal candidate brings sound technical, engineering, operational and system development knowledge & experience within CRO or biopharmaceutical industry, ability to translate complex operational, resource estimation and pricing requirements into technical roadmaps, strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities, and exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
