Control Room Operator(s) shall always be attentive of the condition of the entire BHS to respond immediately to events and/or possible blockages/events and/or unusual behavior, including but not limited to jams, e-stops, faults, security, equipment malfunction, incorrect operation, incorrect routing of bags and power outages. Control Room Operator(s) shall be proficient and trained on the proper use of all equipment and interfaces within the BHS control room, including but not limited to HMI controls, automatic tag readers, and running reports, searching bags and other issues as they arise.
