All of their buildings are air-conditioned and a comfortable work environment.  Job SummaryAn established medical device manufacturer is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to manufacture precision implants and surgical instruments in a regulated production environment. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual machining equipment, troubleshooting machining programs, supporting quality standards, and assisting with training entry-level machinists. Job Description<ul><li>Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.</li><li>Manufacture intermediate-level implant and instrument products to specification.</li><li>Meet established production targets and quality standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and make program adjustments with support from Manufacturing Engineering.</li><li>Assist in building and maintaining tooling as required.</li><li>Perform self-inspection and ensure proper inspection setups to meet quality requirements.</li><li>Train and mentor Level 1 machinists on CNC equipment and inspection procedures.</li><li>Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Accurately document production and inspection results.</li><li>Follow all GMP requirements, departmental SOPs, and safety procedures.</li><li>Identify, document, and report process deviations to leadership.</li><li>Apply quality system standards and comply with applicable federal and international regulations.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams and assist other departments when needed.</li><li>Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available</li></ul> Skills Required<ul><li>Minimum of 1-3 years of machinist experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment.</li><li>Ability to understand and edit CNC programs with engineering support.</li><li>Experience working with precision components and tight tolerances preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of inspection procedures and use of precision inspection equipment.</li><li>Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul> Education<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li></ul> Pay Rate<ul><li>$21 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)</li></ul> <div class="SCXW266108211 BCX0" style="margin:0px;padding:0px;font-family:'segoe ui' , 'segoe ui web' , 'arial' , 'verdana' , sans-serif;background-color:#ffffff"><div class="ListContainerWrapper SCXW266108211 BCX0" style="margin:0px;padding:0px"><img alt=""/> HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
