You will work an 8-hour shift 8:30AM- 5:00PM. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located onsite at 1816 Willowby Street, Columbia, SC 29223 and provides warehouse type environment.What You'll Do: <ul><li>Operate high speed sorting equipment under the direction of a supervisor of production coordinator to meet the department's daily service goals for automated outgoing mail. Estimate completion time and report anticipated delays to management team with sufficient time to adjust and meet required postal service acceptance deadlines. </li><li>Set up equipment to meet advanced mail processing requirements for outgoing mail by utilizing the equipment's control computer console to input sort schemes and bin assignments. Make all necessary mechanical adjustments required for timely completion of 1st and 2nd pass processing. </li><li>Execute continuous quality checks of sorted mail and examine bin-to-tray tags throughout the process. Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform operator adjustments necessary to meet USPS automation requirements. Execute timely escalation of equipment problems when necessary. </li><li>Ensure smooth operation of the equipment by completing the required daily maintenance of the machine and conduct periodic tests and verifications of barcodes throughout the shift to ensure full acceptance by the USPS. </li><li>Print, validate, and transmit all USPS required documentation for each mailing. </li><li>Work closely with production coordinator and supervisor to provide best practices on barcode sorting operational fulfillment knowledge in the implementation of new lines of business and other software tools used in the department. Together, we strive to address food insecurity and positively impact lives across the state.Duties & Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage digital communications across social media, email marketing, online newsletters, and website platforms.</li><li>Gather, create, and curate completing content for social media channels and the Harvest Hope website.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.</li><li>Support and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and fundraising.</li><li>Develop and implement a strategic social media plan, including organic content and paid advertising campaigns. Maintain a digital content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic messaging across all platforms.</li><li>Manage and grow online communities through regular engagement, direct responses, and proactive monitoring.</li><li>Photograph and film events across the Harvest Hope region to support storytelling and donor engagement.</li><li>Help manage digital asset libraries (photos, videos, templates, brand materials).</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and uphold Harvest Hope's mission and guidelines.</li><li>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, and other department leaders, to create and deliver fundraising, advocacy, and awareness campaigns.</li><li>Develop, automate, and optimize email marketing campaigns and donor journeys.</li><li>Conduct regular reporting on campaign performance, digital channel health, and audience growth trends.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to produce timely, accurate, and brand-aligned deliverables.</li><li>Support crisis communication efforts by providing timely digital updates when needed.</li><li>Support events in the community as needed.
