As our Email Marketing Specialist, you'll write and send campaigns that keep our audience engaged, informed, and clicking through to the earning opportunities they actually care about. No degree needed — just a knack for writing emails people open, and the discipline to track what works.RESPONSIBILITIES Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy's subscriber list Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and click rates Build and maintain automated flows — welcome sequences, re-engagement, offer alerts Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and list health Coordinate with the content team to align email with broader campaigns Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data REQUIREMENTS No degree required Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar) Strong writing skills — you write like a human, not a marketing bot Basic understanding of email metrics: open rate, CTR, deliverability Detail-oriented — typos in mass emails are expensive Comfortable working in templates and basic HTML email edits Self-managed and deadline-driven BENEFITS Hourly pay of $18–$27/hr Fully remote Ownership of a high-impact channel with direct visibility into results Growth path into marketing strategy or lifecycle roles Access to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity networkEqual Opportunity Employer. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective digital strategies to exceed the digital budget. The Digital Sales Manager will support a team of local sellers in maximizing digital revenue growth. You will provide ongoing strategy, product support, and digital education to improve sales team knowledge and confidence in presenting digital solutions. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for implementing effective digital sales strategies to achieve digital revenue budget</li><li>Collaborate with local management to establish digital priorities and expectations for local sales team</li><li>Support sales staff by participating in client meetings</li><li>Assist in closing strategic, high-priority digital sales agreements</li><li>Provide ongoing digital education through coaching and training</li><li>Become a subject-matter expert of Company digital marketing/advertising platforms and offerings</li><li>Step up as an effective external consultant and internal trainer on CUMULUS’ digital tactics, benefits, and trends</li><li>Own the end-to-end local digital operations process to support new business development, effective fulfillment and campaign management, and client renewals</li><li>Collaborate daily – maintain high levels of communication both internally with station and corporate teams, as well as externally with clients, vendors, and stakeholders</li><li>Manage local digital platforms including websites, apps, streaming audio player, etc. and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure best-in-class user experience and troubleshoot issues as needed</li><li>Analyze existing initiatives and conceptualize new programs or pipelines to advance the digital team</li><li>Provide a deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales</li><li>Provide sales teams the training, planning tools, and support to reach established revenue goals</li><li>Conduct market research on trends and competitors, as well as regular customer analysis</li><li>Other duties and special initiatives as assigned</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>7 + years of digital sales, marketing, or advertising experience preferred; broadcasting industry exposure a plus</li><li>Experience selling and managing digital marketing solutions for local and regional advertisers</li><li>Experience with leading digital platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.</li><li>Experience developing effective digital marketing strategies to accomplish advertiser goals</li><li>Solid understanding of the entire business-to-business sales process: pipelines, lead/revenue generation, successful closing processes, cross platform solutions, etc.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills are required, as are strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and solve client issues successfully</li><li>Time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Must be a team player, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients equally</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred</li></ul>

Pay Range:
USD $105,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
