We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. This role is responsible for driving marketing strategy, overseeing campaign execution, managing resources effectively, and ensuring alignment with company growth goals.   Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively</li><li>Oversee campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels</li><li>Align marketing initiatives with BuildLabs business goals</li><li>Manage marketing staff and assign responsibilities</li><li>Track and report on marketing performance and return on investment</li><li>Coordinate website, social media, email, and advertising efforts</li><li>Support business development and client acquisition initiatives</li><li>Maintain BuildLabs brand standards and messaging guidelines</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams</li><li>Ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time and at a high level of quality</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>  Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required</li><li>4–8 years of progressive marketing experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and campaign management</li><li>Experience managing budgets and measuring performance metrics</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and prioritization abilities</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Experience with digital marketing platforms and website management preferred</li><li>Construction or luxury brand experience is a bonus</li></ul>Work Requirements <ul><li>In-person position – 5 days per week</li><li>Ability to commute to Bridgehampton, NY or Nashville, NC</li><li>Ability to relocate to Bridgehampton, NY or Nashville, NC prior to starting work (Required)</li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about branding, social media, design, and helping real estate professionals elevate their business.The Marketing Coordinator will support agents with listing launches, marketing strategy, pitches, social media initiatives, email marketing, and day-to-day business development efforts while collaborating with a larger corporate marketing team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support agents with marketing strategy for new listings and ongoing business development </li><li>Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media content </li><li>Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns for agents and guide them on CRM communications </li><li>Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams on branding initiatives </li><li>Assist with photography, videography, and content creation efforts when needed </li><li>Maintain marketing timelines and ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately </li><li>Help support events and local marketing initiatives </li></ul>RequirementsQualifications<ul><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) </li><li>Knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices </li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail </li><li>Photography and/or videography skills are a plus </li><li>Real estate experience is helpful but not required </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment </li></ul>BenefitsBrown Harris Stevens Residential Sales, LLC and all of it's affiliates are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
