About The RoleAs a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing department, you will be a key driver of digital initiatives focused on generating high-quality sales leads and supporting revenue growth. This salaried, full-time role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and pipeline contribution. You will leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools—particularly HubSpot—to design and manage targeted campaigns for our manufacturing-focused audience, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and broader business goals. What You'll Do<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, paid search, paid social, display, and organic social to drive qualified sales leads.</li><li>Develop and manage lead-generation programs tailored to manufacturing industry audiences, including gated content, landing pages, and nurture workflows.</li><li>Build, segment, and maintain email lists and automated workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing, re-engagement, and customer lifecycle campaigns.</li><li>Create, test, and refine landing pages and forms within HubSpot and related tools to maximize conversion rates and lead quality.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets, refine lead qualification criteria, and improve lead handoff processes.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel metrics using HubSpot and other analytics platforms.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Support SEO and content initiatives by identifying keyword opportunities, content gaps, and promotional strategies relevant to the manufacturing sector.</li><li>Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure efficient cost-per-lead and return on ad spend.</li><li>Stay current on digital marketing best practices, tools, and trends, particularly those impacting B2B and manufacturing markets, and recommend enhancements to our programs.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation and performance-based campaigns.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (or comparable marketing automation platform), including email campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.</li><li>Experience marketing to or working within the manufacturing industry, with an understanding of typical buyer journeys and decision-making processes.</li><li>Solid understanding of core digital marketing channels, including email, SEO/SEM, paid social, display, and website/landing page optimization.</li><li>Hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion paths.</li><li>Ability to analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable optimizations.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to align on goals and messaging.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul> PI73df18dcf993-25401-40437998

Offering cutting edge e-commerce technology, affiliate marketing, and unrivaled expertise in the entertainment industry, TicketNetwork has been providing top-tier, customizable solutions to provide great service to consumers and clients alike. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Junior Associate to support our growing ecommerce marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 year of experience in ecommerce and a strong interest in email campaign execution, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.Key Responsibilities • Assist in creating and deploying email marketing campaigns using Oracle Responsys, including building templates, setting up audience segments, and scheduling sends. • Support the execution of automated lifecycle programs (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.). • Perform quality assurance checks across all campaigns (links, rendering, segmentation logic, personalization). • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative. • Pull daily/weekly performance reports and help analyze results to identify optimization opportunities. • Maintain and update email lists, segments, and suppression files in line with deliverability and compliance best practices. • Assist with A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, content, and send-time optimization. • Support SMS campaign execution as needed. • Work with cross-functional ecommerce teams to align email content with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.Required Experience:• 0-1 year of experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably within email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing. • Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS. • Basic understanding of email marketing fundamentals. • Strong attention to detail with excellent QA and proofreading abilities. • Familiarity with Responsys or other Email Service Provider is a plus. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics. • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Skills:• Experience with SMS platforms and mobile messaging strategy. • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.). • Understanding of customer lifecycle programs and automated workflows. • A/B testing experience.
