Creates and supervises marketing plans for ticketed events, marketing campaigns and initiatives to include all available services in- and out-of-market: group sales, public relations, media placement, design and layout, direct mail, promotional development, non‑profit opportunities, etc. The Director of Marketing and Communications reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the President & CEO to lead the development and execution of integrated destination marketing strategies that drive visitation, overnight stays, and economic impact for El Paso.
