This is a remote position with a complete benefits package.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Email Marketing (Approximately 80%):<ul><li>Build and format email campaigns using HubSpot.</li><li>Test emails across devices and email providers for quality assurance.</li><li>Seek email approval from applicable stakeholders.</li><li>Build, segment, and/or upload audience lists to ensure targeted email delivery.</li><li>Support the development of automated email workflows (e.g., nurture campaigns, lifecycle emails).</li><li>Schedule and send email campaigns according to the institutional communications calendar.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Track campaign performance and support basic reporting needs.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Website Support (Approximately 20%):<ul><li>Execute basic website updates and content edits (e.g., copy changes, image replacements, link updates).</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure website content remains current and accurate.</li><li>Perform routine checks to identify and fix broken links, outdated content, and formatting issues.</li><li>Support the launch of new web pages and landing pages as needed.</li><li>Assist with SEO best practices in web content entry.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Keyword: Email Marketing Coordinator (Year-Round) Required Experience: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Equivalent work experience, certifications, or demonstrated expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp) preferred.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, web content management, or a related field.</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CMS platforms.</li><li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.</li><li>Experience with Mac laptops and Google Suite preferred.
