Why join us? <ul><li> Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities</li><li> 401(k) with Company Match</li><li> Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance</li><li> Generous PTO & Paid Holidays</li><li> Stable, Global Organization with Strong Market Presence</li><li> Collaborative Work Environment: Hands-on team supporting critical plant operations</li><li> Career Growth: Opportunity to expand skills in electrical, PLCs, and advanced maintenance systems</li><li> Work-Life Balance: Shift flexibility available</li></ul> Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties <ul><li>	Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment</li><li>	Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V)</li><li>	Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley)</li><li>	Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyors, augers, mixers, pumps, and drive systems</li><li>	Perform maintenance on fillers, cappers, cookers, coolers, and processing equipment</li><li>	Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including torch cutting and plasma cutting</li><li>	Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, boilers, and water softeners</li><li>	Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics</li><li>	Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and plant safety procedures</li><li>	Perform lubrication, inspections, and general maintenance tasks</li><li>	Support plant operations by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability</li><li>	Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed</li></ul> Qualifications – Needed <ul><li>	High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>	Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience</li><li>	Experience in food manufacturing or processing environment (required)</li><li>	Strong background in electrical systems (AC/DC, 480V required)</li><li>	Proven experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley required)</li><li>	Welding certification or strong welding experience (required)</li><li>	Experience with mechanical systems, fabrication, and pipefitting</li><li>	Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics</li><li>	Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations</li><li>	Ability to work all shifts and in a fast-paced environment</li><li>	Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly</li><li>	Bilingual (preferred but not required)</li><li>	Forklift certification or ability to obtain</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
