What You Bring to the Table • Associates degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of relevant technical work in an engineering or systems integration environment • Proficiency with a wide range of tools, test equipment, and software applications including Microsoft Office • Demonstrated ability to solder, fabricate hardware, and produce clear and accurate technical documentation • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with a solid grasp of technical theory across electrical and related disciplines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced team environments • Familiarity with shipyard environments, conditions, and safety requirements.
