Performs general building maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, including tasks such as drywall patching, touch-up painting, minor finish work, unclogging drains and toilets, replacing plumbing fixtures, lighting repairs, and other general maintenance. Responds to assigned facility work orders, evaluates reported issues, determines appropriate next steps, completes repairs within individual knowledge and ability, and communicates more complex or unresolved issues to the Facilities Manager.
