In the role of Operations & Maintenance Technician, your duties will include: Directs work groups and/or units engaged in activities associated with the planning, construction, maintenance, operation, repair, renovation, alteration, and demolition of buildings, structures, equipment, machinery, and other facilities. Five (5)+ years' experience with general maintenance, operations, and repair including and not limited too: HVAC, plumbing, sewage systems, water system (non-potable), generator, electrical, overall base operations, any material or equipment on site and site infrastructure.
