The Appraisal Lead develops and facilitates professional learning, supports district improvement efforts through calibration and coaching activities, collaborates with regional and state partners, and ensures the successful implementation of programs designed to strengthen instructional leadership, educator effectiveness, and continuous school improvement while serving as a key liaison between ESC Region 11, participating districts, and the Texas Education Agency. Computers, projection devices, control panels in meeting rooms, printers, productivity software, software specific to the job assignment, network resources, internet resources, and other hardware and software necessary to perform the functions of the job effectively and efficiently.
