If so, Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, has an exciting opportunity for you as an X-Ray Technologist! As an X-Ray Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare facility by performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results. This position is Full-Time (PT available).  Copley Hospital has a variety of shifts available across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem needs. Apply today and our recruiter can share more details with you!<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Prepare patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.</li><li>Position patients correctly to obtain the best possible images.</li><li>Operate X-ray equipment and adjust technical factors to achieve optimal imaging results.</li><li>Follow established protocols and procedures to perform a variety of X-ray examinations, including but not limited to skeletal, chest, and abdominal imaging.</li><li>Review images for technical quality, ensuring they meet diagnostic standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.</li><li>Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and ensure the safety of patients, staff, and yourself.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest advancements in X-ray technology and techniques.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>Required:<ul><li>Completion of formal Radiological Technology training in an AMA approved school. </li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Advanced training in CT Scan, Mammography, MRI or Ultrasound.</li><li>Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Science.</li></ul>
