Candidates must have: • 5-10 years of experience in H&H, floodplain analysis, and stormwater analysis • Experience in the Houston area and general knowledge of local criteria (COH, HCFCD and others) • PE License in Texas, or ability to obtain within 12 months • Strong technical H&H knowledge • Ability to manage H&H projects and lead/mentor staff • Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS required • 2-D H&H modeling experience preferred • Stormwater design and CADD experience preferred Company Overview: Halff is a mid-sized, employee-owned, diverse, and multi-disciplined professional services firm designed, engineered, planned, constructed — and purposed — for people.
