This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, manage inventory, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Operational Management: Direct day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.</li><li>Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop employees to foster a high-performance team that excels in customer service.</li><li>Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.</li><li>Sales and Growth: Analyze sales performance, implement promotional strategies, and work towards meeting or exceeding store targets.</li><li>Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and manage ordering processes to minimize stock-outs.</li><li>Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, control costs, and prepare reports on sales activities and operational metrics.</li><li>Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.</li></ol>Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is a plus.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in convenience or grocery stores.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.</li><li>Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.</li><li>Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.</li></ul><h3>Physical Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion.</li><li>Able to operate store equipment safely, including registers and safety devices.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Weekly Pay</li><li>Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)</li><li>Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)</li><li>Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)</li></ul>
