p>Key Responsibilities: Own and manage complex, multi-workstream programs across marketing, sales, product, GTM, eComm, operations, finance, and external partners Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and success metrics while measuring progress and identifying barriers and creatively problem solving Drive alignment across teams with competing priorities, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately Lead regular program reviews, status updates, and executive-level communications Motivate and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering accountability and collaboration Ensure programs remain aligned with business objectives and adjust scope or approach as needed Establish and improve program management best practices, tools, and governance frameworks Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful rollout and long-term impact.
Preferred:
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification Experience working with global teams or international stakeholders Background in CPG, technology, consumer electronics, or go-to-market programs Trusted, reliable and accountable presence with senior leadership and executive audiences.
