The successful candidate will act as the critical link between the client's TIBCO engineering team, data team, and business stakeholders - analyzing existing TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) workflows across claims, UM/CM, enrollment, and reference data systems, and determining the correct target state design (Java/Spring Boot API microservice, batch/ELT job, or other pattern) for each process as part of the migration off TIBCO. Solution Design & Documentation Produce clear current state process documentation (process flows, data flow diagrams, triggers, dependencies, downstream impacts) suitable for both business and engineering audiences.
