In close partnership with the executive team, the development manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to cultivating and managing donor relationships, planning and execution of fundraising events, and grant writing and reporting that align with overall organizational goals and strategies. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas of need, opportunities for program expansion, and gather data and metrics necessary for creating written materials.
