PROVIDES SUPERVISION TO: The Assistant Store Manager provides direct supervision of Store Leads, Retail Associates, clients, and volunteers assigned to the location, in alignment with GIRE management principles. PROMOTIONAL & DEVELOPMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES: Position may be promotable to Store Manager with demonstrated mastery of skills, relevant trainings including supervision, administrative tasks, and understanding business needs, goals, and objectives.
