What You Bring: 2-3 years of experience in retail management Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of outdoor gear and apparel Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings and weekends . Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate verbally and work cooperatively with associates and customers Ability to remain standing for up to 5 hours at a time Ability to move about the store coaching and directing associates; selling to customers and retrieving merchandise from stockroom or sales floor Ability to grab, reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to retrieve and replenish merchandise from stockroom or sales floor Ability to lift and/or move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
