Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Construction Management, VDC, Architectural, Engineering, or related field of study, and minimum 12 years of related experience, and with progressive exposure to design, cost, sequence, logistics, and field installations of project components as it relates to VDC, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Collaborate with VDC management teams, local Human Resources, and Operations leadership to develop workforce plans for capacity planning and scheduling work assignments of staff resources in consideration of business needs and employee succession and career development plans.
