The Contracts Manager will report to the General Counsel and manage the full contract lifecycle, from intake, review, and negotiation through execution, renewals, and ongoing obligation tracking, across procurement, sales, finance, and other commercial agreements. Partner with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide contractual guidance, and identify and escalate material legal or commercial risks.
