Serving as the organization's infection prevention subject matter expert, the Director collaborates with executive, clinical, operational, and physician leaders to foster a culture of safety and advance organizational objectives related to infection prevention, workforce safety, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for establishing the program's vision, strategic priorities, governance framework, and accountability structures while leading the development and execution of an enterprise-wide prevention strategy across all hospitals, ambulatory settings, and care locations.
