This role is accountable for executional design leadership, technical design development, and project-level delivery in partnership with Real Estate, Construction, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Operations, external agencies, vendors, and construction partners. While a formal architectural education and applicable undergraduate or architecture degree are nice to have, we are most interested in 7+ years of technically progressive experience designing and delivering retail environments, with demonstrated experience translating brand identity, storytelling, and consumer experience direction into built retail spaces.
