Operations Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production & Materials Coordinators responsible for production support, raw material planning, inventory management, reporting, purchasing support, and data accuracy. You will partner closely with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Plant Leadership to identify opportunities, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance cost, service, quality, and productivity performance.
