Coordinate the execution of technical efforts across the full scope of customer requirements including but not limited to test and evaluation activities, facilities maintenance/management, test engineering, scientific, and technical services, special studies, and other technical tasks. This role requires a leader who can manage all aspects of program delivery - Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statement (PWS) development, pricing, contract management, finance management, internal operations, customer obligations, and cross-company collaboration.
