The Specialist helps maintain a stable, scalable, and supportable AV ecosystem while contributing operational and technical input toward evolving initiatives involving Zoom Rooms, AV-over-IP systems, hybrid collaboration technologies, livestreaming workflows, and emerging production environments. The AV Systems Operations Specialist supports the daily operation, reliability, sustainment, and ongoing enhancement of audiovisual (AV), unified communications (UC), and production technology systems across instructional, collaboration, and event spaces within CDSS.
