The ideal candidate has many of the following skills and experience: REQUIRED: A passionate commitment to the goals and mission of Adelante Mujeres and support for immigrant and BIPOC communitiesA Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services or another related fieldAt least five years of experience with program management and program developmentAt least three years of supervision experience Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding English and SpanishDemonstrated experience leading programs, strategic and operational planning, preferably in a non-profit setting Demonstrated experience managing budgets, grants, contracts, compliance requirements, or other departmental resources ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Enroll in Oregon's' Central Background Registry (CBR) and the Oregon Criminal History & Abuse Records Data System (ORCHARDS) Reliable transportation to arrive at different worksitesAbility to travel out of town to attend workshops or trainingsSALARY & BENEFITS:Salary range: $91K-$97K, depending on qualifications.
