What You'll Do:
Support process improvements impacting OEE, scrap, and throughput.
Map physical and ERP (Epicor) production flow.
Analyze manufacturing data and identify improvement opportunities.
Assist with capital equipment installation and commissioning.
Participate in root cause investigations.
Develop and update work instructions.What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
0-3 years manufacturing or process engineering experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Comfortable working on production floor.Preferred:
Basic understanding of GD&T and measurement techniques.
Exposure to ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.You'll Thrive Here If You Are:
