Works with outside vendors to submit and maintain contracts for cleaning, grounds keeping, emergency response teams, security systems, pest control and other facility functions. Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, Human Resources, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
