Additional Duties and Responsibilities: • Train plant personnel in World Class Techniques (Process Yield Improvement, Problem Solving, Process Monitoring, Cost Reduction, Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Six Sigma, and Safety) • Support and/or close a minimum of 2 Six Sigma/MCTO projects per year to support business objectives.
