li>Confers with management, quality assurance and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

This role drives operational excellence by improving delivery and cost performance, while supporting new product introductions and scaling production capabilities. Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (assembly, production, inspection, etc.) a plus, especially those with ISO9001/AS9100 certifications.

Work schedule may include alternate shifts, participating in manufacturing processes to support new product design transfer, stability program, process development, equipment validations, process validations and investigations and resolution of product/process issues and performing maintenance and calibration of Manufacturing measuring and monitoring devices as well as maintaining the integrity of work areas.
